Different choices for breast implant placement

Breast Augmentation

Breast augmentation, also known as augmentation mammoplasty, uses implants to alter the appearance of your breasts. This is most commonly done in patients who are not satisfied with the size of their breasts. However, it may also be appropriate for those with asymmetrical breasts, reduction in breast volume after pregnancy and breastfeeding and for reconstruction following breast cancer surgery.

Adominoplasty by Paradise Concierge

Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck)

An abdominoplasty, or tummy tuck, is a cosmetic surgical procedure that helps to flatten the abdomen by removing excess fat and skin and tightening weakened abdominal wall muscles.

Abdominoplasty is not an alternative to weight loss!

An example of Gynaecomastia

Gynaemcomastia Revision

Gynaecomastia refers to the enlargement of the male breast. The development of gynaecomastia is related to hormonal changes or hormonal medications and often begins at puberty. Gynaecomastia must be distinguished from pseudogynaecomastia which occurs during weight gain (increased fat in the breast area). Gynaecomastia will not be reversed with loss of weight, unlike pseudogynaecomastia.

Body Liposuction

Liposuction is the procedure whereby fat is permanently removed from areas of the body that have been resistant to other methods such as diet and exercise. Liposuction allows for contouring of the body to provide a more favourable physique. The most common areas that are targeted are the abdomen, hips, thighs, knees, ankles, face and neck.
