Countries across the world continue to experience a global pandemic due to the novel coronavirus, SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
As countries, economies and healthcare systems gradually return to normal, Paradise Concierge is fully committed to providing service to our patients with safety as a priority.

To date, Jamaica has had 586 confirmed cases of COVID-19 with 9 deaths. Our public health officials and governmental restrictions have limited the spread of the virus and have prevented pressure on the healthcare system. Our borders are set to reopen to international travellers on June 15, 2020. Currently there are no restrictions to travel and no requirements for medical certificates or quarantine on arrival. To protect our patients and staff, Paradise Concierge strongly encourages that you self-isolate for 14 days after arrival. Our approach is to offer you testing for the novel coronavirus by a swab of the nose and throat about a week after arriving. We may also offer testing for antibodies. Antibodies are substances produced in your blood to try to fight off infection, and their presence may be able to tell whether you might have already been infected with the virus and recovered.
With reopening of Jamaica’s borders and economy, however, comes increased vigilance in trying to minimize spread of the virus.. Paradise Concierge is committed to the safety and well-being of our patients and staff and will be ensuring that we adhere to the measures outlined by our Ministry of Health and Wellness. In addition, our partner institutions and accommodations will have their own guidelines.
